I just purchased the RODE Video Mic Go as a shotgun mic for my DSLR Camera. Since the making of this video I’ve used it a few times and I’m impressed with the overall sound quality and build quality. the RODE Video Mic Go is easy to use and produces great results for DSLR Audio.

I’m going to give it a 4.5 out 5 Rating because I wish at this price it had one or two extra features like the Rode Video Mic Pro or at least came with a windmuff.

The Western Digital My Book is one of the best external desktop hard drive experiences I think I’ve had in a long time. It is reliable, whisper quiet and works well as a backup solution and working hard drive for my video and photography files as well as my graphic design work.

This external drive was extremely affordable and has worked out well for me, and is a product I would highly recommend if you are doing serious work that you want to have piece of mind about.

I did buy this Western Digital hard drive out of pocket and actual plan to buy a second one as well before the end of the year.

You can get this same laptop for around $570 with 8GB of Ram 1TB of HDD and Intel 4400HD Graphics and the 5th Gen i5 Processor.

This is perfect on a budget for Graphic Design Work and YouTube Video Editing! This has been able to handle the Adobe Apps without being sluggish and it will only get better with Windows 10.

So this doesn’t feel that much heavier overall than the Macbook Pro, it’s also super thin for a Windows Laptop and takes advantage of a slim DVD drive.

The ice cooling technology means that it stays cool both when my hands are resting on the laptop while working and in my lap. It’s also one of the most quiet laptops I’ve used.
