I will be doing a tutorial showing you how to color calibrate your monitor using the X-rite Color Munki Display. I’ve already used it to color calibrator my Asus monitor and Asus laptop. The demo will be me color calibrating the iMac.

Ultimate the Color Munki Display met my expectations and was easy to use and the build quality on it is solid. I also didn’t feel concerned that it would damage the monitor screen in anyway.

Xrite-Photo sent this product over for me to review and to help you guys understand how important color calibration is if you are working with design or photography. You should use a color calibration device like this if you are a serious photographer or designer doing paying work then following the logic that an Apple display will just be color accurate.

Drawing tablets for graphic design, photography and digital art are something many of you ask about.

Artisul provided me with an alternative to the popular Wacom Cintiq 13HD. The Artisul D13 HD Drawing Tablet.
I’ve been using this drawing tablet to work on much of the new digital art in the thumbnails here on the channel and it has been a great competitor with the Wacom tablets that I’m used to working with. The stylus is comfortable and the color contrast is great.
I will be doing a full review of the Artisul D13 Drawing tablet here on the channel but overall so far I’d highly recommend it as an alternative to the Wacom Cintiq at a lower overall price.

The Logitech K800 Wireless Keyboard is a Backlit Illuminated Keyboard that uses both Bluetooth and Wireless USB.

This wireless keyboard requires no batteries and is charged via USB and the charge lasted me for about 2 weeks without needing a recharge.

The Logitech K800 is one of the most comfortable and responsive keyboards I’ve ever used and allows me to type with accuracy and has worked well in my design and video editing workflow.

I hate the Apple Wireless keyboard by comparison to this. The Logitech K800 is the superior all around keyboard and has results in less wrist strain and faster productivity for me.

Having a full keyboard with a number pad has helped me tremendously and the Logitech K800 is my preferred wireless keyboard and at $69.00 it is a steal.

This Asus Monitor is LED and is amazing for graphic design and video editing. I’ve been using it for a few days since the unboxing and I’m very happy with it. This one of the best monitors you can get on a budget for under $150.

This Asus monitor is something I’m using as an external monitor for my laptop and it’s got a beautiful screen and it helping me with editing in Premiere Pro when I want to use my other work area.

This monitor is great for photographers, designers, and video editors but it is not the only option for a great budget monitor.

The Adobe Fuse CC 3D Character App is now available as a Preview for Creative Cloud 2015 in the winter update.

This actually really cool and something I’m very excited about personally. Using Adobe Fuse CC we will finally have the ability to develop 3D Characters in a native Adobe application without any 3D experience or technical ability and then be able to work with them in Adobe Photoshop CC to create stunning artwork and 3D animation.

With Photoshop and Fuse CC working together there are many new possible applications for 3D and digital art that will be simple and affordable. Fuse CC 3D character mascots are something I can see a lot of brands wanting to take advantage of in the near future.

This has a lot of commercial applications for freelancers looking for new revenue opportunities and ways to leverage their Photoshop skills. This is one more reason to stop holding out on Adobe Creative Cloud if the investment and lack of ownership was bothering you.

The benefits of the Adobe Creative Cloud Updates are making that argument less and less viable as time goes on and the ability to really and truly step into 3D with no prior knowledge is too good to pass on.l

Adobe Fuse CC is a great piece of innovation for the Adobe Creative Cloud and making 3D characters accessible to the mainstream in a way that the competition hasn’t and I’m very excited about.
